Texichel Tejidos is a Tz’utujil women’s natural and eco dye weaving association in San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala. The collective was founded by, Nana Berta Navichoc, an Indigenous Maya weaver and teacher. Rooted in ancestral tradition, this collective brings together women and mothers to preserve the sacred art of weaving while creating sustainable livelihoods for their families.

Textiles carry the stories, symbols, and colors of Maya heritage—woven threads that honor the earth, community, and the wisdom passed from generation to generation.
