Reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Therapy for adults, couples and families cultivating trust and connection.

In-Person in Denver & Downtown Lafayette
Virtual sessions across the state of Colorado.

You carry within you a deep well of wisdom. Sometimes, life’s challenges, trauma, or disconnection can make it hard to hear that quiet voice or trust the body’s natural guidance. Healing begins when we turn inward—when we listen, honor, and reconnect with the wisdom already within us.

Here, therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about cultivating intention, deepening intuition, and creating space to restore balance—within yourself and in your most important relationships.

When we learn to attune to our bodies, we can recognize the signals of stress, longing, and love that shape our relationships. This awareness opens pathways for healing—helping individuals, couples, and families move from cycles of disconnection into patterns of trust, compassion, and genuine closeness.

Bienvenidos! Welcome!

Whether you’re preparing for partnership, navigating early love, deepening commitment or tending to the dynamics within your family, here at Ceiba Integrative Therapy, you have a space to heal, grow, and build meaningful connection at every stage of your relationship.

Branches of Counseling

  • Individual Counseling

You’re ready for love - but maybe old patterns, fears, or doubts still linger. You want to trust yourself in relationships. You want to choose better. You want something real.

You don’t have to wait for “the one” to begin this work.
    It begins with you.

  • Couples Counseling

This work is for couples who are committed to one another and ready to build a relationship that’s grounded, emotionally secure, and resilient.

Not all couples therapy is about crisis. In fact, the most transformative work often happens before the breakdowns.

  • Family Counseling

You love your family, and it’s also where some of the deepest wounds live. Communication breaks down, roles get tangled, and old patterns repeat. You want more harmony, more understanding, more connection.

Family therapy is a space to slow down, listen differently, and begin healing together one honest conversation at a time.

Ceiba Tree at Hotel Santo Domingo in Antigua, Guatemala. October 2025

Why Ceiba? (Say-ba) also called Yaxché (Yahsh-chey) in Maya.

The Ceiba tree, also known as Yaxché in Maya, is the national tree of Guatemala. Its towering trunk and vast canopy symbolize the bridge between earth, sky, and the underworld. Ceibas are giants, often growing over 200 feet tall with massive trunks and wide sweeping arches of roots that can span many meters.

In Guatemala, where my family’s roots lie, the Ceiba is more than a tree - it is a gentle guardian and sacred cosmic axis. For me, this relative represents my heritage: honoring my ancestors, my cultural roots, and remembering that healing begins in connection within the body, the earth, and the generations before us.

“Wendy's expertise and reverence for her practice are clearly apparent the first time I worked with her. She welcomed me into her space with a deep kindness and affection. Most of all, Wendy has a grounded and healing energy that made me feel at home in my own body. I highly recommend working with her!" ”
